Seamus Cahill’s Yarmouth Derby runner-up was soon clear and went on to hold kennelmate Ballymac Manix by a length and a half in 27.42, five spots inside the previous best jointly held by Cash The Deal and Swift Star.
Cahill was on the mark with Ballymac Brogan in the third heat when he led from start to finish to beat My Real Muttley by just over three lengths in 27.67sec.

John Mullins’ runner was soon clear and went on to hold Puppy Classic winner Crossfield Cesar by just over two lengths in 29.92sec.
