Jet Stream Jack completed a four-timer when going quickest in the heats of the Coral Sussex Cup over 515 metres at Hove on Thursday.
Kevin Hutton’s runner bombed out of the traps and was soon clear. He came home two and a half lengths in front of Southfield Blue in 29.74sec.

King Dec gave McNair a double when landing heat five.
The 2014 Arc winner was soon clear and came home almost two lengths clear of Jet Stream Smurf in 30.01sec.

Local runners dominated the third qualifier when Seamus Cahill’s runner Ballymac Manix got up on the line to deny My Real Muttley by a head in 30.01sec.
Cahill had a double in heat four when View The Moon led early and held the persistent challenge of El Pedro by a short head in 30.07sec.
