It wasn’t clear who Shelbourne belonged to on Saturday night, trainer Graham Holland or sire Droopys Sydney, with four winners each.

The big race of the night, the €20K RPGTV Juvenile Derby went to Clona Duke, a son of Malachy and the youngest in the field by far giving away six months to two of the opposition.

The next biggest event, the Barry 600 saw the pair combine with Bockos Crystal winning with her litter brother Bockos Palace in third. (There were five Sydneys in the decider).

Holland also won two of the four Laurels third round heats at Cork but it was Robert Gleeson’s Droopys Edison who posted the quickest run.
