Shelbourne Park featured the quarter finals of the RPGTV Juvenile Derby where Trinity Major and Another Holiday clocked identical times, 28.23. Crafty Kokoro was just two spots off the fastest time of the year when landing a heat of the Barry 600.
Bockos Budsit followed up his 27.93 (FOY) run for Cork’s 525 yards with the quickest run in the first round of the Laurels, a 27.97 run.
At Mullingar, the Shelbourne sprint record holder Gizmo Cash went quickest in the opening round of the Fair Warrior Sprint.
Last but not least, a reminder that Unlock Unlock was 22 months old when clocking 28.24 and 28.15 in her first two races at Newbridge. Her daughter Up The Style, just 21 months old, and has won her first three races in 28.53, 28.49 and 28.17 on the same track.
