Elsewhere, Native Chimes confirmed his sub track record run for Tralee’s 525 by taking the 550 clock in the semis of the Race Of Champions, only to see it bettered by Good News. Enniscorthy’s 600 trip isn’t used often but Fortunate Ronnie was still the quickest over it for a couple of years. At Waterford, pup Fleeting Nicko clocked the fastest 550 of the year to date, Unknown Vision also produce a FOY for the Youghal standard trip.
