At Derry Cromac Willow clocked the fastest sprint in an admittedly disjointed year. At Thurles we will go with the fastest semi final winners of the Kasco Unraced, Knockboy Flight, but acknowledge Wise Eruption with a 31.58 run over the 570 on a very slow track.
No matter how erratic the going allowances, any ’19 whelp clocking the fastest 525 of the week is a gimme, hence Derby Loch at Limerick.
