At Newbridge, the impeccably bred Gettin Up dominated the semis of the Texacloth Juvenile while Sporting Riviera, out of the prolific dam, Sporting Dame went best in the Munster Oaks semi finals at Waterford. Sticking with the breeding theme, Cash For Aussie is another canine blue blood with the fastest time of the year for Derry’s 500 yards.
Just one more twist on the breeding theme, a flying sprint at Dundalk for Gut Feeling, a son of a top Aussie sire who has long since gone to meet his maker, Token Prince (whelped in 1995).
