A very quiet week in Ireland, nowhere more so than Shelbourne Park where the Friday and Saturday cards each comprised of eleven 525 yard races.
Saturday’s card featured four heats of the Puppy Oaks where Short Grip was the fastest winner in 28.25.
Among the other impressive lines of form, Newport Pier was only nine spots outside the Limerick 600 yard track record with a 32.23 run. While Millridge Levi was just one spot off Ballymac Marino’s FOY for the 525 at Tralee.
