Following the huge success of Greyhound Trader since its inception in April 2021, we are delighted to announce the creation of a new and separate sales business.
Nathan Corden said: “We set out with the initial idea of running greyhound auctions at tracks. That has been a huge success. What we weren’t anticipating was the exponential growth of the on-line business and thus as a result, we have had no option to set-up the new business called Premier Greyhound Sales.”
The original Greyhound Trader will continue with its monthly online auctions plus track sales and will be run by James Corden with the new business, Premier Greyhound Sales, concentrating solely on track sales and will be run by Nathan Corden.
(Nathan) Corden continued “Both businesses will support each other in terms of expertise and resources so customers should see no difference in the levels of service offered.”
He added “I am really grateful to Leo Walker of Entain who has allowed the use of the four Entain venues for sales and the very first one is on Monday 9th October at Crayford followed by Monday 6th November at Hove. The catalogue for the Crayford sale will be available on the afternoon of Monday 2nd October when I am hoping the new website www.premiergreyhoundsales.com will be launched, but please give a follow to @PremGreySales on X (formerly Twitter) in the meantime”.
James Corden says “The online sales are booming, evidenced by the record £45,100 paid for top Irish tracker Scaglietti, and will continue in their monthly format plus Greyhound Trader will look to stage 5 or 6 track sales in 2024 at the likes of Doncaster, Oxford, Sheffield, Towcester and Yarmouth including a feature Pre-Derby Sale in March.”
