Ballydoyle Honey landed her fourth competition of the year in the Billy Mulvaney Snr & Jnr Memorial Stakes over 600 yards at Shelbourne Park on Saturday.
Graham Holland’s bitch was the 4-7 favourite for the final with Laughil Duke a 5-2 chance.
However after first bend trouble it was 50-1 chance Tynwald Rodney which had a clear lead into the back straight with Ballydoyle Honey some three lengths adrift.
Honey closed into the third turn and hit the front off the final turn and went on to score a three and a half length victory in 32.55sec.
Ballydoyle Honey has previously landed the Clonmel Open Unraced Stakes, the Puppy Oaks and the Sporting Press Oaks in what has been a tremendous year.
