A recurrence of the TFL injury that seemed to be under control has cost Roxholme Hat a place in tonight’s National Sprint semi finals.
Assistant trainer Mark Keightley said: “He was sound after the heats and a little sore on Tuesday morning, but by the evening he obviously had a problem.
“We had him checked over and the roughness to the TFL was back. We set about treating it but it will be a four to six week job.”
