Greyhound Trader report that all 42 lots at their Harlow sale at the weekend were sold.
Nathan Corden says “Thanks to the recent storms the weather conditions on the day were not great and made for very heavy going, but the staff at Harlow worked like trojans to ensure we got all the trials completed so our thanks go to them.
“All the lots were sold and to be honest there will be a few bargains in there.
“We had a large supply of graders that we needed to move on and we managed to do that – there will be more graders for sale this weekend on our online auction as we couldn’t fit them all into this sale.”
Corden continued “Our next sale will be on Wednesday 23rd March at Towcester and should be at the different end of the spectrum quality wise as already we have numerous top class greyhounds entered for our Pre-Derby sale.”
Top lot Burgess Blaze clocked a calculated 26.80 and made £2,100.
The June puppy was beaten in her only race at Cork having qualified in 29.83.
She joins Kirsty Nevin and is expected to begin her UK racing career at Crayford.
