Patchys Kerry (8.33pm) is one of the best backed runners of the day on tonight’s SKY Sussex Cup card (Hove) with Betfred trimming the treble category one winner from 9-4 down to 13-8.
Betfred’s Matt Hulmes said: “There has been good money all day for her with Live Annie also popular coming in from 4-1 to 3-1. In the big race (Sussex Cup Final 9.08pm) the favourite Oscar Whisky is solid at 4-6f; we had him in a special double, the two Oscars, with Oscar Junior (7.43pm) at 7-2 though that has all gone and the double is now 11-4.
“In the 7.11 race there has been some nibbling at Droopys Missouri, in to 7-4 from 2-1 and Master Kelly has shortened to 7-2 from 4-1 with the others being pushed out. Ela Ela Genie (7.26) has been popular in the sprint, 7-2 into 11-4 and Bubble Bluebird (7.59) has gone 4-6f from 4-5 in early trading.”
