Breeder and trainer Dave Firmager has seen his five Swindon Produce Stakes semi finalists nicely split.
The Hall Green handler lost four of his first round qualifiers on Wednesday night but still has a strong team in the two-to-qualify penultimate stage on Monday.
Unbeaten Romeo Storm, who was quickest of the quintet (28.79), finds himself alongside kennelmate Fabulous Milan and the Richard Devenish trained pair Romeo Rouge and Oscarsupreme in a tough second heat.
Matt Dartnall still has three littermates involved including fastest second round winner What Fun Jamie (28.59). His opposition include Aero Liberty, owned by Breeders Forum Stuart Forsdike, and the Firmager ‘Romeos’ Treaty (28.95) and Campaign.
The other Dartnall ‘What Funs’ Jo Jo and Gracie contest the first, and arguably the weakest, of the qualifiers, where Fabulous Expert looks nicely berthed in red.
