Central Park have responded to concerns about the fate of Trade Fudge (T4) who was KO’d in the final of the Ladbrokes Kent Derby on Sunday, with a clip of film of Danny Brabon’s runner the next day.
Track spokesman Kieran Lifely said: “There were some of the ‘antis’ saying things like ‘has he been put to sleep’ and ‘that £500 prize money won’t begin to cover his vets bills. So we asked Danny if we could film Trade Fudge the next day and this is what we ended up with.”
