There is a field of twelve in the race for the GBGB-sponsored Greyhound of the Month for July and the members of the Greyhound Writers’ Association will decide the winner of the award, which will be announced on Saturday.
The nominations are: Ballymac Mossjoe – 2 of 3, including Sussex Cup; Ballymac Sheehy – 2 of 3, including Towcester Puppy Stakes final; Bubbly Gold – won Sunderland Grand Prix; Daytime Flyer – 5 of 5, including Festival Flyer final; Droopys Buick – 3 of 4, including Puppy Plate at Sunderland Festival; Droopys Dart – 3 of 5, including Coral Puppy Trophy at Hove; Fabulous Expert – – 3 of 4, including Swindon Produce Stakes; No But – 2 of 3, including William Hill Classic final; Millwards Teddy – won Select Stayers; Swift Hoffman – won Select Stakes; Target Harris – 2 of 2, including track record for 380m at Crayford; Vanayamzaman – 5 of 5, including Coral Sprint at Hove and Dual Distance competition at Romford.
The winner will be announced on Saturday.
