Wimbledon’s Dog of the Month for March was the Ron Peckover owned and trained Salthill Foxy (Blackstone Gene-Balto Lady, Jun 11).
The fawn went to traps on five occasions – all A5 – and won three times. Foxy followers who had bet £10 on the dog since the start of the year would be over £100 in front at this stage.
The Bitch of the Month was Jumeirah Kim (Ace Hi Rumble-Paradise Kim, Nov 13, owned & trained by Tom Levers
The WGOA’s next race night will be held on Thursday 27th May. She won three of her first five at the track going from A5-win A2 and breaking 29.00 for the first tme.
