A string of fabulous performances during March and a number of new benchmarks being set on the 20 GBGB tracks.
Oxford has been particularly busy with Headford Harry taking 10 spots off his own sprint track record. Add a lap and the six bend clock went first to Fifty Nine and then to kennelmate Lively Lauren. Still with the stayers, a new clock at Swindon for Ballymac Mags while Saffrons Dash bettered his own 388m TR at Suffolk Downs.
Brookside Richie eclipsed Droopys Macie’s 2022 FOY at Newcastle, while Romeo Command bettered his own FOY with the second fastest Nottingham 500m run of all time. Stevie Knows knocked 13 spots off his own FOY at Sheffield. Look out too for Low Pressure who added to his FOY for the Monmore 630m course with the quickest 684m run since 2021.
Clarekeith Remy ran the quickest Central Park 500m run since Smurfs Machine’s identical run two years ago, while litter brother Footfield George equalled the best 483m time at Doncaster this year.
Last but not least, just a quirky double at Sheffield if you hadn’t spotted it. Come on Irene!
