The stand out performances include a double 525 yard clock for Droopys Curio (Newbridge – on debut and Waterford). Sister Amazing Alice was the outstanding middle distance performer at Galway, where she came within nine spots of Hillcroft Josie’s clock.
The prize record though will always be for the Derby distance and the brilliant Pestana owns that with the first sub 29.00 run for 550 yards in Ireland. He was also quickest over the 525 course at Cork.
