I have been asked to clarify a point re the recent article on the workings of the British Greyhound Racing Fund.
Although the Fund distribute all grants, and hold final sanction, some, such as the determination of funding for kennel improvements, are made by the racing committee at the GBGB. Any suggestion that Fund secretary Margaret Woodruff plays any part in the decisions is incorrect. I apologise to Margaret for any misunderstanding.
