Queen Adele made light work of her rivals in the £2,000 Bedfordshire Mini Derby Final at Henlow on Sunday. Absolutely bolting out, John Lambe’s bitch was comfortably clear by the bend and pulled right away from the field to score by nearly eight lengths in a new track best 25.15sec.
It also marked the completion of a track record hat-trick, having lowered the mark in both heat and semi-final, Queen Adele shaved another 11 spots off of the record.
Next stop is likely to be Sunderland and the William Hill Classic and she is booked in for a trial at the track on Wednesday.
