Slippery Hanna is the one to beat in the Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors Oaks over 525 yards at Limerick on Saturday.
Robert Gleeson’s bitch clocked the quickest time in the event so far when recording 28.35sec in the heats and last week just failed to beat Madams Babe by half a length in 28.41sec from a bad draw.
The draw favours the Brett Lee bitch, who is placed inside her main rivals and with main danger Priceless Lassie facing an awful draw in trap six, she can quickly go beyond recall.
Paul Hennessy’s Priceless Lassie is getting better with each race following a lay-off and last week came from last to first to win in 28.41sec but will need to ride her luck.
Madam Babe is the other big runner after beating Slippery Hanna fair and square last week but trap five makes things much more difficult.
