Former open race star Donation is in season and will not race again.
Owned by The Jabber Crew and trained by Heather Dimmock, the daughter of Droopys Cain and Delightful Flyer burst onto the Irish open race scene back in April 2017 by winning a Thurles 570 metre stake by an aggregate 31 lengths.
She won seven of her first nine opens in Britain, which included the Yorkshire Oaks. She clocked 29.58 for Hove’s 515 metres in the semi finals of the 2017 Sussex Cup but was the beaten final favourite. She also reached finals of the Oaks, Grand Prix, Brighton Belle, and Angel of the North when beaten half a length by Geelo Blissful.
However the highlight of the black’s career was undoubtedly her victory in the Cat 1 Lowther Stakes at Nottingham last year.
Jabber Crew’s Adam Duncan said: “She did a fast run at Doncaster last week, but she was four in July and by her standards, it was a bit past her peak. She will be going back to Pat Dalton and will hopefully produce some pups as good as their mum.”
