On the track where his father has an army of 100 race centurians, Crayford trainer Jim Daly jnr entered runners in four Harlow opens on Wednesday night and won the lot.
Ballymac Quality (7-4jf) and Ballymac Maxi (11-8) won heats of a 415m maiden competition. Minnies Scolari (6-4) won the sprint open, and Serene Adam (6-4) nabbed the 592m open.
Jim said: “Three of the four are owned by Stephen Harvey who lives very close to the track and finds it easy to pop in and see his dogs run. It was a bit of a tonic actually because he also owns Druids Busy Man who broke a hock at Nottingham on Monday.
“The other winner, Minnies Scolari, is a £600 buy I bought for the Jim Daly Racing Syndicate.”
