The semi-finals of the Golden Crest at Poole on Tuesday were abandoned for safety reasons after a window in the main stand was blown out.
General manager Shaun Spencer Perkins said: “One of the large glass window panels high up on the front of the main stand has shattered.
“We were unable to do the repair in time so in the interests of safety we had no other option than to abandon the meeting.
“The Golden Crest semi-finals will now be run on Saturday April 4 and the final put back a week to Saturday April 11.
“I’d like to thank all the trainers for their understanding and assistance. We still have some fantastic races ahead and I’ve no doubt that this weekend will exceed expectations.
