Nathan Corden
Towcester have strengthened their 2021 English Greyhound Derby bid by adding former Nottingham man Nathan Corden as a consultant to their ranks for 2021 announced Kevin Boothby today.
“I’m delighted Nathan is going to be assisting us next year as from what I saw on television and heard from trainers he was excellent in coordinating this year’s Derby at Nottingham. He is an obvious choice for us and he will be our Derby spokesperson and main point of contact.
“As far as I am concerned, its the final piece in the jigsaw for the perfect Derby bid. We have the facilities, the resources and the perfect administrator to pull it all together.”
Corden said “I am really pleased to get this opportunity as Towcester’s bid and plans for the future look fantastic. Kevin has brought me in to help not only with the Derby but also in bringing in new sponsors to put together the best possible Open Race schedule for Towcester.
“I am still planning to do sales auctions starting from March and this new role allows me to do both.”
