Burgess Four can make his early pace count in the final of the Langton House & TSC Derby over 525 yards at Kilkenny on Friday.

The Cork raider has drawn five in the decider but has enough acceleration to get himself out of trouble and round the first turn in front.

Raheen Glory is the main danger. The son of Forest Master was the last dog beat the selection in the second round and his 29.06sec victory in the semi-finals was the fastest.
