This final section looks at ‘the journey’. What lit the spark leading to this huge conglomeration of businesses? Who were the inspirations and where does Ben see his future?

I have no doubt that someone other than an ex-kennel lad could have edited it more slickly and presented a more polished end product with music and flashing lights.
