ARC’s Greyhound Operations Director Rachel Corden has issued a statement announcing an increase in prize money in a number of events in the coming months. She said:
“We have reviewed our minor open race schedule across our stadia and for the next two months will be offering increased prize money. We have some exciting open racing coming up with the Category One Puppy Classic and the prestigious Invitation Select Stakes at Nottingham in August and the Category One The St Leger and The John Lambe Birmingham Cup at Perry Barr in September. We have scheduled some Category three competitions at Central Park, with enhanced prize money, on our established Sunday nights, and some enhanced prize money monthly minor opens at Newcastle. We are looking forward to hosting the inaugural ARC-Entain Trainer’s Judgement Night at Nottingham in September as well.
