Witches Belle kept her 100% record over 575 yards at Cork with victory in the semi-finals of the Macroom Motor Services Stake at Cork on Saturday.
Edel Twomey’s bitch flew out of the boxes and was soon well clear, eventually beating Bandera by six and a half lengths in a fast 30.86sec.
John Kiely’s Mimis Ace was soon clear in the other semi-final and he held off the late flourish of Leezie Lindsay by a length in 31.14sec.
