Patchys Kerry (Blackstone Gene-Droopys Stosur) joined a unique club when landing the Pinpoint Three Steps to Victory at Sheffield.
The 2-5f had every chance to throw it away when led up by Satin Mark, but then took up the running just after the winning line after the first half circuit. She then pulled away for a five and a quarter length win over Viking Jack in 38.77 (N). In doing so, Kerry became the first triple Category One winner since Taylors Sky in 2011.
It was a great night for the Wallis kennel thanks to Domino Storm (fastest of year 27.52 for 480m), Airforce Duchess and Calco Flyer.
