Sometimes, there’s no place like Hove . . .

The Coral ‘double header’ finals take place at Hove tonight where the Olympic and George Curtis/Ballyregan Bob Memorial finals will take place as part of 13 all-open race card which will also see the return of an event lost to history, the Merit Hurdle.

Hove Racing Manager Rob Abrey kindly offers his input along with some of the trainers we have been able to track down to provide additonal insight.

(Apologies to all the trainers we weren’t able to contact on this occasion regarding their runners – it has been a ridiculously busy week)

FINAL

Our ‘greyhounds to follow for 2024’ feature continues today with two of the most widely respected faces in the sport. Both Carly Philpott and Phil McComish were added to the ranks of GBGB stipendiary stewards this year and with their knowledgeable and successful training careers behind them have proven very popular appointments indeed.
