New Wimbledon trainer June Harvey had an open race double at the track on Saturday when her Fizzypop Magic and Aimnfire were impressive winners.

Fizzypop Magic clocked the second fastest time of the year over the upcoming St Leger trip of 687 metres when scoring a trap to line three length victory over kennelmate Fizzypop Buddy in 41.64sec.

Aimnfire instigated the double earlier on the card in the Wimbledon sprint over 273 metres when making all to slam Opening Lucere by over nine lengths in 15.99sec

Liz McNair’s Ballybee Brewery landed the top division of the Sprint when leading on the run-up to beat Comrades All by almost three lengths in 16.08sec.

The Wimbledon Hurdle went to Priceless Sun, who led from the opening flight to hold Scolari Express by just over a length in 29.52sec.
