Brookside Richie is a best priced 10-11 (Bresbet, 4-5 others) to land next Sunday’s ARC Kent Derby Final after extending his unbeaten run to five in the fastest semi final.
The David Mullins trained black will be looking to land his third Category One Final in just his 15th race but has a tricky draw in two. He isn’t the best of breakers and on heats and semi final form, the early paced local star Ballynabee Lucky will have his measure at the sectional.
There is further danger on his outside with the hugely impressive East Anglian Derby winner Antigua Storm his outside neighbour with Hilight Arkle – the 29.31 Towcester winner – with an even shorter career than the favourite, is placed next door but one.
