Yarmouth Owners Association’s Greyhound of the Month for July was Jackys Reference (Jackdaw Summer-Reference Point, Sep 12). Bred, owned and trained by Irene Barnard, who also trained both parents, the near veteran went to traps on five occasions for three wins and a second. A £1 bet each time she ran would have put you £7.25 in profit on the month.
