The runners for this year’s William Hill St.Leger appear to have jumped the gun.
While the main event doesn’t kick off until a week on Sunday (Oct 22), Millroad Smokey, Rubys Rascal and Shreyas Solitair, the winners of last week’s three trialstakes, all meet at Perry Barr on Saturday night for a bit of serious eye-balling.
They will be joined by a certain Karlow Turbo for a race that would make a very decent final.
