The Ron Thompson trained black is still running in A3 at Colwick Park but has hardly been over raced. She has had two spells at Nottingham, one at Kinsley, spent a time at Sunderland and began her career at Monmore but is only two races into her second century.
We decided to have a look around and it soon got pretty messy – or should that be Messi? In the first instance we found Hove’s Swift Messi, who whilst still only a Sep’09 whelp, is due to contest his 183rd race – in D1 company – on Thursday.
But then what of the Kilkenny Messi, the blue son of Droopys Maldini whelped in Sept ’08 and with 208 races under his belt?
