Everything was all about the Night of Stars meeting in Ireland last week, but who was the star of stars? In general, most of the winning times were 20-30 spots slower than the fastest times of the year. So the nomination goes to Airmount Tess who now has the three best times recorded over the 750 course in 2016.
There were few spectacular performances to shout about elsewhere so we have highlighted some of the better pups on show. And with little to choose between the Mullingar graded fair, the narrow vote goes to Lisgreen Daisey, one of three littermates who all won on Sunday’s card.
