Paul Ephremsen’s innovation panel has been ‘tweaked’ following one change of mind and the criticism that it was Southern based with not enough owner participation. In fact, all bar one member of the panel, set up to promote the interest of greyhound owners, currently own racing dogs.

Stuart Forsdike, the head of the British Breeders Forum, and owner of the ‘Aero’ dogs has opted out after considering a possible conflict of interests with his breeding role. He will be replaced by Kevin Parisi, who was already on Ephremsen’s short list as a possible regional representative.
