The Dogs semi final of the Guys And Dolls saw Swift Merlot (T2 9-4) confirm heat form over local champ Brick Mansions (T5 5-2) with Blakes Turbo (T3 5-2) running on for third. The winner’s time was 23.25 and the distances two-and-a-half, and one-and-a-quarter

The Dolls semi saw the elimination of Merlot’s sister Evanta Fantasy (T2 4-7f). It went to the hefty Harlow specialist Stonepark Mo (T1 3-1) who beat Special Trixi (T5 7-1) by half a length with Swift Thruxton (T3 16-1) back in third. The time – 23.32
