Shocks abounded in the opening round of the Coral Champion Stakes at Romford with Roswell Romanov scrambling to qualify, and Barricane Bullet failing to do so.
It was a particularly bad night for connections with Barricane Jagger breaking down. Fastest of the night was Castell Henry with Stand Alone and Murrays Act all impressing.
