Richard Brankley

Richard Brankley, Ladbrokes Head Of Stadia, has left his position with immdiate effect.

His boss Ian Smyth said: “I have known for some time that Richard planned to move on and did everything I could to persuade him to stay.

“I would like to put on record my thanks for the incredible job he has done and for the help he has given me since I took on the new position. He has been outstanding.

“His legacy is the two tracks that he has managed in Crayford and Monmore and I genuinely wish him every success in wherever his career takes him.”

I would like to add my tribute to one of the best GMs/stadium controllers I have come across in the last 30 years. Respected and liked in equal measures. He did a tough job brilliantly. Greyhound racing’s massive loss
